作品簡介｜        

 

　　漁光，座落在兩座先進都市間的山村聚落，該處的茶農靠著祖先傳承的製茶技巧，不間斷地栽種出品質優良的茶葉。隨著翡翠水庫於民國七十六年興建完成，位於水源保護區上游的漁光村首當其衝受到影響：水庫集水區內禁止開墾、興建房屋等相關禁令，無異加快了年輕人離開家鄉的速度，在地的茶產業因此面臨了嚴重的年齡與技術斷層。

 

　　然而，漁光人是否能在諸多外在限制下突破困境，又或者，他們將隨其茶葉漸漸凋零。

　　With tea farming skills passed on by their ancestors, tea farmers work hard and continue to produce tea of quality in Yu Guang, a small village up on the hills located between two modern cities. However, with the establishment of Taipei Feitsui Reservoir in 1987, various restrictions have been imposed. Yu Guang village, lying in the upper reaches of the water source protection zone, has borne the brunt. The restrictions on the catchment area have prohibited the locals from cultivating the land and building houses, which has also pushed the local youths away from home in search of job opportunities. As a result, tea industry in Yu Guang has faced a severe age bunching problem and a widening skills gap. Caught in such predicaments, can people in Yu Guang make a breakthrough? Or are they doomed to wither with the tea leaves?

 

 

創作動機｜        

 

　　從小便生活在台北市，早已習慣有水有電的都市生活，甚至視之為理所當然。直到，因緣際會認識漁光區的居民，才慢慢了解過去三十年中，在這塊土地上的茶農，所做出的犧牲和和他們因為水庫集水區所受到的限制。因此，想要透過拍攝這一群茶農，從他們身上看見台灣茶產業的消逝和他們為整個大台北地區所做出的妥協。

離台北市區40公里的漁光，截然不同的世界。

 

社會系與外交系本科，

渴望具備廣泛的觸角，

嘗試將課堂內的思維帶入教室外的田野。

 

所以我們，不務正業。
